Project Engagement

Project Scope

Each project begins with consultation and a detailed proposal. Work commences upon agreement and execution of a Statement of Work.

Client Responsibilities

Timely provision of required materials
Clear communication of requirements
Prompt review and approval of deliverables
Timely payment according to agreed terms

Payment Terms

Payment Structure

Advance Payment: 30-50% upfront
Milestone Payments: Based on completion
Final Payment: Upon delivery

Payment Methods

Bank transfer (Pakistan), PayPal, Payoneer (International)

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom work created for your project. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components.

Warranties

We provide a warranty period (30-90 days) for bug fixes. Services are provided "as is" beyond express warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. You will be invoiced for work completed. Advance payments are non-refundable.
